Volunteers Needed for District Festival

February 22nd & 23rd

We are still looking for volunteers to help out with District Festival on Thursday and Friday.  If you can help for both days, one day or a couple of hours please contact us at obbpresident@gmail.com

We are also in need of a few items to feed the Directors and Judges.  If you can help with any of the following please contact us at obbpresident@gmail.com

Plates 60 -75 large
Plates 60-75 small
Silverware 60-75 small each
Napkins x100
I can grab these items if we don’t already have
them or do not get volunteers to bring.
Apple Juice 1 container for each day
Orance Juice 2 for each day
Milk 1 Gallon total.
Water
Assortment of canned or bottled pop (Maybe we already have)
Donuts or Donut Holes for both days
Salad 4-6 bags total
1 French, 2 Ranch and 2 Italian Dressings
Fruit
Vegetables
Chips and Dip or Dorrito style chips 2 bags each day
Desserts- any finger food style would be perfect
If there is a parent who would like to make an entree for
Thursday or Friday that would be welcomed.

Spaghetti Dinner

Sunday, February 25th

6:00pm – 8:00pm

Otsego United Methodist Church

 

WE NEED YOUR HELP WITH DONATIONS! 

The Band moms from the Otsego United Methodist Church are organizing another spaghetti dinner as a fundraiser for the Otsego Bands. They would like to ask for help in the way donations for the dinner from Otsego Bands families. There is a link below that allows you to add the the donations list so they know what is coming in. The food items can be brought into the band room during school hours.


If you would like to attend the dinner to support the band, it will be held on Sunday February 25th at Otsego United Methodist Church from 6:00-8:00pm. Suggested donation of $5 a dinner.  Please join us and bring your friends and family!
